Private classes are one hour and a half in length and are suitable for beginners or intermediate students. Each class includes pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), sun salutations and a variety of different yoga asanas, depending on the level of experience and ability of the participant(s). You may request to focus on any area of your practice such as back or shoulder issues, inverted postures, meditation or pranayama. These classes are suitable for one to ten individuals. Classes can be held outdoors in nature or in a yoga studio. People with stiff muscles and injuries are welcome.
Yoga for Conventions and Corporate Vacations: You can offer a single yoga class or series of classes (basics to intermediate) on-site at your convention or in your hotel. Yoga provides a good 'de-stresser' in the middle or end of the day and is also a bonding experience for co-workers. We can arrange a good time of day that will fit into your schedule and suit your employees’ needs. This can be a wonderful opportunity to introduce yoga, if you would like to give your employees the opportunity to try yoga for the first time. Workshops are also available.
